Self-development is important, but you need to understand your why. Have a clear goal in mind. Do you want a promotion at work, to lead a community group, to run a marathon, or to set up your own business? It all starts with self-development. If it’s important enough, you will make it happen, especially when no one is looking. If you don’t have a clear goal, you will more than likely put it off until tomorrow. Choose to be brilliant!
